Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the hair is in its original packaging, with all tags attached and the lace uncut, then securely pack the items for shipping.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package back to our logistics center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the items are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
